We hand cut and trim the filets. These are pieces like a camp fish fry. Don't expect uniformity or great big planks. Comes with twelve hushpuppies and choice of 2 - Fried Squash, Beans, Cole Slaw or Fries. You can choose a different side from the side menu or a side salad for $1.50 more each.
